Dominic
Genzano is a Senior Partner and Co-Founder of STIGroup. As a
principal consultant of STIGroup, Mr. Genzano serves as a key
technology security advisor and security solutions architect to several
large financial and healthcare corporations. He also is frequently
engaged to provide subject matter expertise and technology forensics in
cases of Internet-based computer crimes and corporate system
compromise. Prior to founding STIGroup, Mr. Genzano served as the
Internet Infrastructure and Security Practice Manager for Digital
Network Associates, a Manhattan-based network integration company,
where he lead the architecture and implementation of several
mission-critical Internet and security infrastructure deployments for
large Manhattan-based financial organizations. His vast Information
Systems experience also includes employment at Citicorp, EMI Records,
and the Dreyfus Corporation.
Richard
Shinnick - Senior Partner
As
a Senior Partner and Co-Founder of STIGroup, Richard Shinnick is an
industry leader in the development and execution of the strategic
direction with regard to Information Security architecture for
significant corporations. His expertise and talent in
Information
Security is frequently leveraged by 3rd party technology firms on a
paid consultative basis, as well as by institutions of higher
education, such as Columbia University and New York University, where
he teaches classes in Information Security. Prior to founding
STIGroup, Mr. Shinnick worked in Information Security at Goldman Sachs,
where he played a key role in the development of the corporate
standards for the design and implementation of security
technologies. His over 25 years of industry experience
include
the development of the Information Security Consulting Division at
Aztec Technology Partners and the management of the Network and Systems
department at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City; prior
to his technical career, Mr. Shinnick served in the United States Air
Force as an Airborne German Cryptologic Linguist. He holds a
B.S.
degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical
University.
Jonathan
Kobrick - Partner
Jonathan Kobrick is a Partner at STIGroup, where he leads the Managed
Security Services practice area. He is responsible for managing ongoing
monitoring and maintenance of a distributed MSS infrastructure,
incident response and reporting, as well as the strategic development
of new MSS services and processes. In addition, Mr. Kobrick performs
work in a variety of InfoSec areas across numerous industries,
including security risk assessment, policy development, security audit,
forensic investigation, network security architecture design and
implementation, and system/application security. He has also conducted
several training courses in the areas of InfoSec concepts and operating
system security. Prior to joining STIGroup, Mr. Kobrick worked as a
Senior Consultant in the Technology Risk Consulting group at Andersen,
LLP, where he lead a variety of engagements involving technology
controls assessment and Internet and internal network, host, and
application security reviews. Mr. Kobrick holds a B.S. degree in
Management with an MIS concentration from Binghamton University. In
addition, he holds a Network Administration and Design certificate from
Columbia’s CTA program, as well as several technical certifications
(GSEC, CCSA, CCNA, and MCP).
